💺 Convener / rank quota (~70%)
Fill through official state web counselling on your entrance rank. Lower, state-regulated tuition. This is the merit route - no capitation.
💰 Management quota (~30%)
Apply directly to the college, usually once convener rounds finish (around Jul-Aug). Still needs a valid entrance rank at most colleges, but fees are markedly higher than the convener seat.
