UPESEAT (UPES Engineering Aptitude Test) is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, for admission to its B.Tech programmes - especially those aligned with energy, infrastructure and technology sectors. It is an institute-specific, merit-based test, smaller in scale than national exams, with seats limited to UPES campuses. Admission is through UPES's own merit lists and counselling.
