KNRUHS (Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences), Warangal conducts Telangana's state-quota NEET UG counselling for MBBS, BDS and AYUSH (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) seats across government, private and minority colleges affiliated to it. Telangana's counselling system separated from the erstwhile joint Andhra Pradesh system after the 2014 state bifurcation. 15% of seats in every state government medical/dental college go to the All India Quota (AIQ), counselled separately by MCC (mcc.nic.in) - only the remaining share is filled through this state counselling.

- Telangana and AP run entirely separate counselling systems since 2014 - make sure you register on KNRUHS (Telangana) rather than APSMSC/Dr NTR UHS (AP) based on your domicile
- Keep the standard document checklist ready - NEET UG admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, domicile/residence certificate, category certificate (if applicable), passport-size photos, and valid ID proof - keep both originals and photocopies ready for verification.
