Overview

Karnataka KLEE (Karnataka Law Entrance Examination) is conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission to 5-year integrated law and 3-year LLB programmes in government and private law colleges across Karnataka. It is the sole gateway for law admissions in Karnataka's state quota. Around 15,000-20,000 candidates appear annually.

❓ FAQs

Does KLEE replace CLAT for Karnataka colleges?
For state quota seats in Karnataka law colleges, KLEE is the entrance. NLU Dharwad and NLSIU Bengaluru use CLAT/AILET separately.
Can non-Karnataka students appear?
Yes, but state quota is reserved for Karnataka domicile. Management and All India quota are open.
