GMCH Chandigarh MBBS Counselling (Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh)

Overview

Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH), Sector 32, Chandigarh runs its own UT-quota NEET UG counselling for its MBBS seats. 15% of seats in every state government medical/dental college go to the All India Quota (AIQ), counselled separately by MCC (mcc.nic.in) - only the remaining share is filled through this state counselling. GMCH is one of India's better-regarded urban government medical colleges, distinct from the Post Graduate Institute (PGIMER) Chandigarh, which only offers postgraduate/super-specialty programs and a separate B.Sc Nursing entrance - not MBBS.
