Overview

BCECEB (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board) conducts Bihar's NEET UG-based state-quota counselling for MBBS, BDS and AYUSH seats, covering long-established government colleges such as Patna Medical College (PMCH), Nalanda Medical College (NMCH) Patna, Darbhanga Medical College (DMCH) and Sri Krishna Medical College (SKMCH) Muzaffarpur, along with Bihar's private medical colleges. 15% of seats in every state government medical/dental college go to the All India Quota (AIQ), counselled separately by MCC (mcc.nic.in) - only the remaining share is filled through this state counselling.

1. Register on bceceboard.bihar.gov.in after the NEET UG result
2. Upload documents and pay the counselling fee/security deposit
3. Fill and lock choices in priority order
4. Check round-wise allotment and report to the allotted college

• PMCH and NMCH Patna, DMCH Darbhanga and SKMCH Muzaffarpur are Bihar's oldest and largest government colleges - research each along with the state's newer government medical colleges before ranking choices
• Keep the standard document checklist ready - NEET UG admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, domicile/residence certificate, category certificate (if applicable), passport-size photos, and valid ID proof - keep both originals and photocopies ready for verification.
