Overview

AIHM-CT Bengaluru is run by the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) and affiliated to NCHMCT. It primarily caters to wards of Army personnel (Defence quota) but also takes open-merit students through the NCHMCT JEE. AIHM-CT has a strong campus culture with discipline-oriented training and excellent placement at premium hotel chains.

❓ FAQs

Is AIHM-CT only for army children?
No. There is a Civil quota open to all NCHMCT JEE qualifiers, alongside the Defence (Army) quota. Around 30% seats are open to civil candidates.
How is AIHM-CT different from civilian IHMs?
AIHM-CT has stricter discipline, residential campus norms, and a structured military-style training environment. The academic curriculum is identical to NCHMCT (B.Sc HHA, 3-year).
