SLIET (Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology), established 1989, is a Deemed-to-be University in Longowal, Sangrur, Punjab. SLIET offers a unique combined Integrated Degree program (IDP) - students can enter after Class 10 for diploma + BTech (6-year integrated). Funded by Government of India, SLIET has built solid CS placements (~10 LPA avg) and a distinct skill-based curriculum.
